Introduction
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it using the Forgot Password link to regain access to your SocialSchedules account. Password reset is available from mobile and desktop.
Note: If you attempt to enter your password too any times, your account will be temporarily suspended. It will automatically un-suspend after 20 minutes.
Reset Password From Phone (Mobile App)
The majority of users will have the SocialSchedules Mobile App installed on their phone. The following instructions relate only to a password reset performed from the phone.
Launch the SocialSchedules mobile app
Enter mobile number and tap on NEXT
Tap the "Forgot Password? link (do not enter a password on this screen)
A security code will be sent via a text message to your phone
Retrieve the security code and enter it in the screen when prompted
Enter a new password (must be a minimum length of 8 characters)
Tap on DONE to complete the process
Reset Password From Computer (Responsive Desktop)
For users who only access SocialSchedules via a web browser from a computer, here are the Forgot Password instructions.
Open a web browser via https://app.socialschedules.com/#/login/email
Enter Email Address and click NEXT
Click "Forgot Password? link
A security code will be sent to the email address you entered.
Access your email, retrieve the security code and enter it in the screen when prompted
Enter a new password (must be a minimum length of 8 characters)
Click on DONE to complete the process
