How do I set my recurring availability?
Click on the + icon on the My Availability screen to create your availability for an employer.
You can choose to create either an available set, for time when you are exclusively available to work for an employer, or an unavailable set, for time when you prefer not to work.
Can I create multiple availability sets and for each employer?
Yes, each availability set has a start and end date and repeat cycle (weekly or
bi-weekly), meaning you can create multiple sets.
For example, you may create one for your semester one availability and a separate one for your semester break. You may also create different availability sets for each of your employers.
What if I need to change my availability?
Simply click on the availability set you want to change and then press the Edit Set button. This will bring up the Edit Availability screen.
You can edit the start and end date, repeat cycle, or the days and times you are available or unavailable.
Any changes you make to your availability for an employer will require their approval before they are active. Changes to unavailability do not require approval.
Where can I see availability sets my employer has created for me?
At times, your manager may create an available set on your behalf. If this does not conflict with one of your existing un/availability sets, then it will be automatically created and set as active.
Any changes to existing availability requested by your manager require your approval before they are considered active. You can choose to either approve or decline the request.
Managers cannot create or edit unavailability sets. These are exclusively owned by you.
Any availability sets created by your employee can be found under the respective screen under My Availability.
