Need a copy of your schedule? You can print your department’s schedule for a day, a week, or two weeks, or save it as a PDF to email or share. Pick what you want to include and how it should look, and the Scheduler does the rest.

Process

  1. In the Scheduler, click Print at the top right.

If there are draft shifts to be published, this button will be called Publish. Simply click the button and click the Print tab.

  2. In the Print drop-down, make sure Print schedule is selected. This is the default.

  3. Choose your options:

    • Preset: The time period to print (for example, Selected week).

    • Output: How you want to receive it (for example, Save as PDF).

    • Page: The page layout (for example, Week).

  4. (Optional) Click More settings to customize the printout (see below).

  5. Click Print schedule. The schedule is generated and opens in a new tab.

  6. From the new tab, print the schedule or save it to your device.

More settings

Use these options to control how the printed schedule looks.

  • Group by: How workers are organized on the page (for example, Positions and workers).

  • Sort by: The order workers are listed in (for example, alphabetically based on Name).

  • Show: The extra information to include for each shift. Positions is shown by default. Click the x to remove it, or click Add + to include more details.

  • Manager note: Add a message that appears on the printout, such as a reminder or announcement for your team.
