Introduction
In addition to the option of importing shifts from schedule templates that you create, (Learn More), SocialSchedules also allows you to quickly import a schedule from any of the last 4 weeks. This saves time and significantly expedites the scheduling process.
Process
From the destination week that you want to import schedules into, go to 'My Schedules' icon
Switch from Templates to Recent
Select one week and click on the Import option
Select whether to import with any of the following: Shift Notes, Shift Opportunities and Offsite Addresses. You can proceed without making a selection
Click on the Yes button to complete the import process. All shifts will appear in the destination week as draft shifts
Good to Know
You can import schedules from any of the previous four weeks.
Imported schedules are added as drafts, so they will not immediately be published to employees.
You can choose whether to bring over Shift Notes, Shift Opportunities, and Offsite Addresses with the imported schedule.
This feature is a great way to save time when your upcoming schedule is similar to one you’ve created recently.
