Onboarding Requirements

In order to get the best possible setup for your scheduling needs, we like to ask a few questions about how you want your account to be structured. The information covers the following three categories; Company, Employee and Schedule.

Company Structure

Please provide:

  • List of Positions (Job Titles) to be scheduled

    • example: manager, server, line cook, sales consultant, team member

  • Number and name of business locations to be managed

  • Number and name of departments/schedules associated with each location

    • many companies only use one department

    • larger companies choose to break them into back of house or front of house or similar breakdown

Employee Details

We will import your employees. A list can be provided in any format, Excel preferred. Ideally, include the following;

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Cell Phone Number

  • Email Address (optional)

  • Position/s they can work

  • Department/Schedule: FOH, BOH, etc

  • Access level: Employee, Manager* or Admin

*Allows the employee to perform scheduling-related functions on behalf of the Company.

Schedule Creation

We will create your first schedule/s. Please provide a copy of an existing if you have one. It can be provided in any format (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.). It should be for your current week, or a future week. Ideally including the following details;

  • Full Employee Name (especially where multiple employees have same first name)

  • Position Worked for Shift

  • Date of Shift

  • Shift Start Time

  • Shift End Time

  • Unpaid Break to apply to this Shift, (as needed)
