How do I switch between accounts?

Switch between your personal profile and company accounts in SocialSchedules.

Overview

If you have access to more than one account in SocialSchedules, you can switch between them without logging out. This applies if you:

  • Have both an employee profile and manager or administrator access at the same company

  • Are a manager or administrator across multiple companies


How to switch accounts

Click the person icon in the top right corner of the screen. A menu will appear showing all accounts available to you, along with your role at each. Click the account you want to switch to.

Your currently active account is indicated by a checkmark.


Account types

Personal Profile — your employee view, where you can view your schedule, submit availability, request time off, and more.

Company accounts — your manager or administrator view for a specific company, where you can manage scheduling, timecards, team settings, and more. If you have access to multiple companies, each will appear as a separate option.
