Delete a Location

Remove a location from your SocialSchedules account if you are no longer using it. You are charged by location in SocialSchedules, so any unused locations should be deleted if not in use.

Introduction

If your business no longer operates at a specific site, delete the location to avoid being charged upon renewal.


Pre-requisite

  • Administrator level access


Navigation

Settings > Organization > Locations > Select location


Process

Click Options > Delete location

All departments for the location must be deleted before the location can be deleted.

If any departments exist, the following message will be displayed:

Once all departments have been deleted, the following message will be displayed. Click Confirm to delete the location.

Note: Deleted locations will not be charged upon your next renewal.
